At FortyPharma, we are committed to transparency and fairness. Our refund policy ensures that learners and tutors are protected while maintaining the integrity of our services. By using FortyPharma, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are granted only under specific circumstances. You may request a refund if:
- The purchased course, lesson, or tutoring session is unavailable or not delivered within the promised timeframe.
- Duplicate payments were made for the same service.
- The course content differs materially from its description on FortyPharma.
- Technical issues originating from FortyPharma’s platform prevent access to the service after multiple verified attempts.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not available in the following situations:
- The learner has completed more than 30% of the course content.
- Tutor sessions have already been attended or partially completed.
- Issues caused by the learner’s device, internet connection, or environment.
- Requests submitted more than 7 days after the purchase date.
Refund Request Process
To request a refund:
- Submit a request through your FortyPharma dashboard or via email at support@fortypharma.co.ke.
- Include your order ID, payment reference, and a clear explanation of the issue.
- Receive acknowledgment within 3 business days. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after verification.
Refund Methods
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method originally used:
- Kenyan users: refunds in KES via M-Pesa, bank transfer, or card.
- International users: refunds in USD via the original payment channel.
- Processing times may vary depending on banking or payment providers.
Special Considerations
FortyPharma reserves the right to review each refund request on a case-by-case basis to prevent abuse and ensure fairness to both learners and tutors. Requests may be denied if they fall outside the policy terms.
